Tils\u00e6t mel og r\u00f8r det til en bolle. Tils\u00e6t derefter m\u00e6lken lidt efter lidt mens der r\u00f8res. Fors\u00e6t derefter med at r\u00f8re vandet fra bollerne i lidt efter lidt til den \u00f8nskede tykkelse er n\u00e5et. Smag til med salt og evt mere karry. R\u00f8r evt et skv\u00e6t piskefl\u00f8de i.
