H\u00e6ld melet det smeltede sm\u00f8r, og r\u00f8r energisk rundt med et piskeris, indtil du har en lind masse. Tils\u00e6t m\u00e6lken lidt af gangen. N\u00e5r m\u00e6lken et tilsat, bringer du saucen til kogepunktet, tils\u00e6tter muskat og ost, og lader saucen koget igennem et par minutter mens du stadig r\u00f8rer rundt.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 skal lasagnen samles.
